There is proposed legislation being discussed by law makers that among other things will extend 100% Bonus Depreciation from 2023 to 2025. This would create additional incentives for practice owners to invest in and expand their practice vs paying the additional tax on their profits. This would also continue to keep specific commercial real estate prices elevated as motived business owners purchase the real estate to get larger write offs against their business income.
